Stafford Lynn wins at Wheelchair Tennis Nationals 2008 |

Stafford Lynn takes double honours at the IWA-Sport/Tennis Ireland National Championships 2008.
 The Doagh resident won both the Singles A Division and the Doubles A Division with team partner Ivor Jess, who was also the runner up in the A Division. UK player Vince Rudolf was the winner of the B Division which new comer Philip Gibson claim the runner up position. The tournament was run over 3 days (15-18 August) in the David Lloyd Riverview Club, in Clonskeagh, Dublin 4. The tournament which was a joint venture between IWA Sport and Tennis Ireland is growing from strength to strength each year. IWA-Sport would like to take this opportunity to thank our Tournament Sponsors Invacare Ireland who are keen supporters of the event and provided prize money and support for the event. Next event on the calendar for the Tennis Players is the Belfast Tournament which takes place over the 19-21 September 2008.
