IWA Sport National Swimming Championships 2008 |

The Irish Wheelchair Sport National Wheelchair Championships will take place on Saturday 29th November in the National Aquatic Centre, Blanchardstown, Dublin.
The Gala will be a long course event and is open to all IWA Sport members and also to Cerebral Palsy Sport Ireland (CPSI) and Irish Blind Sport (IBS) members. - Some important information to note;
- Competition will run from 11.00am – 1.00pm on Saturday.
- Registration will take place from 10.00am
- Entry Fee is €15.00 for Seniors and €10.00 for Juniors. (Cheques & Postal Orders should be made payable to IWA-Sport).

- This will be a Long course competition (50 metres). All participants must be proficient swimmers over 50m
- Irish Anti-Doping rules will be enforced at this competition.
If you are for medical reasons taking a substance which is banned on the World Anti Doping Agency (WADA) banned list or are using a method banned by WADA, please complete a Therapeutic Use (TUE). These forms are available on request from the sports office. - As with all tournaments and competitions all members of IWA-Sport are expected to uphold our Code of Ethics and Good Conduct.
- Only persons who have completed and returned the Photography Consent Form to the office will be permitted to take photos at the event.
- Please note that manual timing will only be available at this event.
- Strict Closing date for Receipt of entries is 14th November 2008
- Late Entries will not be accepted under any circumstance.
