The IWA gym located on the 1st floor of the sports centre offers everyone an opportunity to enjoy a fitness workout in a fully accessible and inclusive environment. Most of the gym equipment is fully accessible to wheelchair users and our staff are always on hand to assist with any query you may have. Upon joining, a fitness programme will be designed specifically to cater for your needs and desires.

We have memberships available to existing IWA members, older adults and students, a public membership and group/corporate membership rates.
